The mobile homes offered by See Breizh and Home from Home are available for rent only during the opening period of Domaine de la Ville Huchet campsite (contact us).
A 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay is needed to confirm this provisional booking. After settling the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation by email within 48 hours. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival, at the latest. The provisional booking will be deleted if the deposit is not paid on time.

The number of persons advised on the accommodation details is the maximum occupancy allowed in the mobile home.
It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons. See Breizh reserves the right to deny access to the accommodation if the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity allowed
Any alteration in terms of dates, place, duration, type of accommodation, number of people must be accepted beforehand by our booking department. However, any alterations may incur further charges. In case of circumstances beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We would of course suggest an equivalent stay with different dates or different accommodation options depending on availability. These conditions do not apply in case of war, natural disaster or epidemic
The client certifies to be covered by civil liability insurance, covering his own liability and that of the persons in the mobile home.
In case of cancellation, please send us a written request. For a stay cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained by See Breizh / Home From Home.
For a stay cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, or for a stay interrupted or not achieved for any reason, the total amount of this stay will be retained by See Breizh / Home From Home or due if not paid. No refund is planned in case of breaking off your stay.
The prices in our brochure all include VAT. The only price which has to be taken into consideration is the one mentioned on your voucher. In case of late payment, according to the article L441-6 of the French Trade Code, a compensation calculated on the basis of 3 times the statutory interest rate will be demanded, as well as a lump sum of €40 as a recovery charge

Pets are welcomed with an extra fee of €5 per day, under theses conditions :
- a valid vaccination against rabies/li>
- the animal shall be tattooed (or electronically tagged) and have an identity card
- two pets maximum per accommodation
- categorized dogs are not accepted
Pets must be kept on a leash inside the campsite. A prefectoral decree prohibits the presence of any animal on the beach
We advise against leaving any valuables in your accommodation. See Breizh / Home From Home declines any responsibility regarding the values, effects and personal objects of the client
All complaints concerning your stay should be sent by registered post, within 30 days following your visit, to :

See Breizh / Home From Home will not accept liability in case of technical problem with leisure facilities and no refund will be allowed.
In case of litigation, the court of Saint-Malo will be the only jurisdiction recognized
You expressly authorize with no counterpart to use pictures or videos of you or your children that could be taken during your stay for our promotional needs.
YOUR STAY
Upon arrival, you can go directly to the front desk of the campsite
The client is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the mobile home before departure. Any deterioration, breakage or missing material will give rise to immediate compensation.
A security deposit of €300 per accommodation will be asked for on arrival. This is payable by credit card. It will be returned to you at the end of your visit, with deductions made in case of damaged or lost equipment and with extra cleaning fees if the accommodation is not left in a good condition of cleanliness.
If you must leave outside of the Front desk opening hours, the mobile home will be checked later and the security deposit destroyed.
Cleaning is up to the client. If you do not wish to clean your accommodation at the end of your stay, a cleaning session can be organized (€65). Thank you for booking this service several days before departure.
If you do not take the final cleaning option and leave the accommodation in a unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to charge you with final cleaning fees (€65).
Each booking includes a parking space for one vehicle.
